Welcome to our second Belong newsletter!Our Members have spoken, and we’re listening! For all the early risers out there—and we know there are many—we’re thrilled to announce the launch of 5:15 AM classes!
Starting next week with two sessions a week Tuesday & Thursday 5.15am these early-morning classes are perfect for jumpstarting your day. Embrace the quiet stillness of the early hours, energise your body, and set a positive tone that carries you through the rest of your day. Whether you’re looking to fit in a workout before the world wakes up or find some “you time” before the hustle begins, this is your chance.
We’ll begin with two classes for now, with plans to expand based on demand—so spread the word, and let’s rise and shine together.
Training at 5 a.m., as championed by the 5 AM Club, offers a powerful start to the day, combining discipline with productivity. Early morning exercise boosts endorphins, energizes the body, and sharpens mental clarity, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. This sacred hour allows you to focus on self-improvement before distractions arise, fostering a sense of accomplishment and control. Training at dawn also aligns with the body's natural cortisol peak, enhancing performance and alertness. It’s a commitment to personal mastery that builds resilience and helps create a winning mindset.
